City water connection stop working

I use my 2005 Jay Feather LGT 29N as a home away from home when I work.
Everything was working fine with my rv hooked up to the city water. It stopped running inside so I went to check on the hose. Hose still works good so I disconnected the water filter I had outside and hooked the hose straight into the city water connection. Still no water running inside. Filled the tank and turned on the pump and I have running water but can't for the life of me figure out why I can't run city water connection anymore.
Help?!

Check valve jammed?
Intake screen clogged?
Kink just inside the check valve?
Double-check that city water hose delivers water all the way to the end?

Hose working fine and the screen is clean. I do know what a check valve is but I don't know where it is on my rv or how to check the check valve

Their is a check valve where you connect your hose to the rig. It is to stop the water from coming back out when you use your 12v pump. If the piece broke off it would plug the water going in !! I had this one winter in Tombstone when the hose froze up . The check valve also froze and broke off couldn't get water in trailer . You may want to check this out .

Glad you found it ! If I recall correctly most RV stores have them . Three screws and pull it out where you can reach the hose connection on the back . I used vice grips to hold the line so it didn't jump back in the hole and make it difficult to find [emoji53] clamp the new one on replace the tape/caulk screw it back on and you are ready to go .
