Just my opinion, but I am surprised at all the people on here thinking they need to cover their camper, we have had campers for years in our driveway, in Wisconsin and never covered it, never cleaned the roof, just cleared off snow if it built up too much. Nothing bad has ever happened. I would think covering would just cause mildew when it's wet and sun heats it up even in Winter. We are thinking of putting wood in front of wheels where sun hits to help with tire deterioration and may be wash it if it gets too dirty. We will definitely check AC bolts and tighten if need be and clean filter covers on it. We have a lift kit on ours which raises height of camper so if your roof is dirty, it probably wouldn't show as much on ours. Do what you want, but we live in Wisconsin and can store it in driveway so we can periodically check on things, don't know if you are using a storage lot?
