First Maiden Adeventure

Well, the wife and I are headed out in the morning headed to Destin West Rv Resort in Ft. Walton Beach. We took a short camping trip Memorial Day about an hour from the house last week and all went well. Leaving Starkville Ms bright and early and I am somewhat stressing about traffic thru Mobile and other heavy traffic areas. Keep your fingers crossed and a little prayer would be greatly appreciated. I'll,check back in upon arrival. Till then, thanks Jayco family...

Heavy traffic is not fun. The fun begins later.

Be safe and have a great time.

I used to stress over Atlanta traffic until I lived in that area for a number of years. You eventually get used to it, but I still remember the first few trips through. It isn't as bad as you think it is or that was my experience anyway.

Have a great trip.

Towing through downtown Seattle traffic is an adventure in itself. The traffic combined with the fact that I-5 looks like its a runway that has been strafed with cluster bombs with all the potholes, makes for quite the white knuckler.

I remember pulling the Airstream and my SIL pulling his TT through Atlanta during morning rush hours. Tried to miss it but just didn't work out. Folks were looking at us like, "You must be from Missouri" duh! We made it, and did it again the next year. No problems just take it easy and drive sensible.
