Put a pen and paper out where you will see it all weekend. As you realize that you need something or forgot something.. write it down immediately. It's too easy to forget to do that and then come home trying to remember... what you forgot!!

Lady Wendolyn is absolutely right.
First, enjoy every moment of the first trip.
Pre-first, grab a pen and a pre-leave checklist, packing checklist, arrival checklist and departure checklist.
Your life will be so much easier and nothing will get broken, forgotten, accidentally still attached while leaving etc. . . But, NEVER lose that pen. Checklist or none, you're going to forget something. Write it down and then write down, "HAVE FUN" ... enjoy your first trip. That's one sweet TT you've got. I hope your first trip is fantastic. Happy trails.

Thanks all. We had a great first time. I dont think we forgot much (Exepct the pen and paper!) I did think of a few things I would have liked to have, but since I forgot the pen and paper all is lost for this week. Have to put one in there tonight!

the more trips you do the more small things pop up..or you realize you need, keep that pen handy..... If you find your small outside fridge freezes your pop/water etc there is a control knob up behind the unit with a cutout in the wood panel to fit your hand to adjust the temp. I wish I had found that before a pop blew up in the fridge... :0)

Glad to hear the maiden voyage went well.
