First trip this year and with our new TV

Took our first trip this year with our X213. Went 900 miles round trip. Winds were crazy on the way out west to St. Louis. Upgraded tow vehicle made a huge difference. We had the campground (Jellystone in Eureka) to ourselves. Great time for the kids. Would highly recommend the City Museum in the city.

Looks good!

To help others that might be looking at similar TT and TV, it would be helpful to mention the specific tow vehicles (old and new), your weight distributing hitch, and the anti-sway you use... especially since you experienced 'crazy winds' but didn't say anything about a sway problem.

Towing

Good news your trip went well despite the wind!
What SUV are you using to tow your TT? I'm in the market for a SUV capable to tow a 6250 lbs TT

Thanks!

It is a GL350 with the bluetec. We had a ML350 gas, but we missed the third row and the diesel gets better gas mileage. It tows very nice.
