Getting cable on the outside tv

I can get cable in side but not on the outside hook up.. I have an output for the antenna w/ button to activate and to the right I have 2 more outputs when I use the cable I have to hook the inside TV to the top right output but it will not work if I use the bottom. No matter which output I use I can only get the outside TV to operate on antenna only. It is a 2015 White Hawk 20MRB..Thank you in advance

My dealer had no clue how to hook up sat and cable on my 2016 338rets. He called Jayco and had the cable wiring diagram faxed to him. He gave me a copy and I figured it out in 10 seconds. That may help you. If you need more info just ask. Good luck.

Mine has 3 separate inputs outside the trailer. Your's is probably different. Usually the outside input marked cable goes to the back of the tv wall plate and when the power button is not on the signal goes to a splitter in the wall which feeds the bedroom tv and outside tv. On the plate your talking about a jumper should go from the top to the bottom. To use satelite the jumper is removed and 1 terminal will go to the satellite box. Hope this helps.

Can't you just connect the satellite cable to the cable in fitting in the basement? Turn off the booster and you should have satellite TV.

I went the KISS way... Just bring along a TV splitter with a short RG cable and two long RG cables.

Then hook this up to the campground pedestal cable tv connection.

Then I hooked up one long RG cable to the trailer cable tv outside port and the second long RG cable gets throwed under the trailer to be used to hookup an outside tv sitting on a table.
