hard to close door

Is there a way to adjust our door? You really need to slam it to shut. Is this normal? You g grandson can never get it. Its a 2015 whitehawk 24 RKS.

First, are the stabilizers simply deployed (not forcing the trailer level).


If I'm not mistaken, the striker plate may be loosened and moved outwards.


Be mindful that this will reduce the pressure on e door gasket and allow wind and or rain in. Find a good balance.

if it only happens when closing both doors together, screen and main, the screen latch needs to be adjusted. also seems to stick when opening both. that was the problem on mine

A little lube on the sliding part of the latch works wonders.

Have had this problem from time to time on our White Hawk. Yes, a little lube does help.
