Jayco all the way

I had a tough run with my Whitehawk. Almost 2 years of water leaks, soft floor etc etc, and Jayco never ever argue, or refuse to do whatever was needed for a satisfactory repair.

Today they truly amazed me, my warranty is almost over and many business would have tried to stretch or refuse repair only for this reason but not Jayco.

The front cap was fading , oxidizing, the dealer buffed it but that never last. Yesterday ive sent 2 pictures to Jayco and.....they accepted to repaint and clear coat the cap.....wow, no whining, no bull****, no you didnt wax enough...just answer yes to my demand.... Jayco have a customer for life .... ok the initial quality control is questionnable but man oh man their service is 5 stars ...had to share it in broken english....

I echo your experience. I had several items that cropped up right at the end or just past the end of my 2 year warranty. They handled them without any question.

One was a pin hole leak in a aluminum cast rim and another was a brake problem.

I too have had great service from Jayco as well as from my dealer. Currently my Whitehawk is in getting the front cap repainted as it was starting to fade. Jayco approved this even though I was past the 2 year warranty. I would definitely recommend Jayco.
