Just arrived: Swift 154BH
Just picked it up at Colrain RV in Cincinnati. Easy to work with dealership, would do business there again.
The camper ... moving in as we speak. Very nice inside. Quality looks good so far. No screws poking out, sawdust, or misaligned fits anywhere, which I have seen on other new campers.
We shopped around a lot before hand and settled on a KZ Sportsmen Classic with the same floor plan, so we knew what to expect in that respect. Unfortunately (or fortunately) the salesperson messed around with us and soured the whole deal, so we went online and discovered the Swift.
There are some things a bit nicer about the Jayco over the KZ. Specifically the warranty, but also the vent fan over the stove top, the dinette table and the radio. About the radio, no CD player, but three different inputs for MP3 player, USB, and SD card. Very nice. Better than CDs, IMO.
I'll add other impressions as they are revealed. Here's my first pic:
My avatar pic is the dealer photo.

I think you are really going to like that camper. Looks like it has a lot packed into it and is a very good price/value.
Even though it is a fairly lightweight trailer, you might consider a Weight Distributing HItch and Sway system. You would get a lot better ride and eliminate some of the bounce you get with the single axle.

Welcome to the Jayco Owners Forum Etothepii! It's always fun to move into a new tt! Will you be at Camp-Driveway tonight?

The ride from Cinci to Columbus went pretty well. MPG down was 22. Back was 11.
Haven't researched it yet, but I think Cinci is at a lower elevation. The ride felt fine, though. Moderate highway traffic.
I have a friction sway control that has yet to be installed. I bought it before the camper, and will install myself now that the camper is home. I am holding off on a WD hitch, waiting to gauge performance without it first.

Photo album. Some blurry because of cheap camera phone, but still a good look at the camper.

Question for you, did your dealer say anything about the EZ-lube axle? I don't think they come with them but the brochure says they do? My pickup id delayed for a couple days for finale cleaning and getting it ready for me.
Also the camper looks great!! Do you have a name for it yet?

Swifts have the EZ Lube. What makes you say it does not?

When looking over mine I do not have the center dust cap with the black runner boot that comes off to get at the Zerk fitting. Maybe I have to pull the solid cap and it is behind.
Reason 2 is the dealer said it did not have them when I asked him.

Really?....Interesting. I am almost positive the Swift I saw has them.....
They also advertise the Swift as having them so that would be really surprising if they did not. Call or email Jayco and see what they say....if yours didnt, they have a major problem since it is advertised as such as most RV dealers have it listed as standard on the Swift.

I don't know how to tell. The bag full of documentation that came with the camper doesn't seem to specify either.

Official answer from Jayco is the unit does not have the EZ-Lube. At the time of the brocuhres they were going to put it on but in the end left the option off the units. No biggie it will be just another service to preforme at the end of the season. Nothing like a little bearing grease under the nails.

I've heard they don't come with 15" radials either even though they're also listed on the website as standard. Apparently they're equipped with 13" wheels & tires.

Interesting - well Jayco has an issue because it is still listed on their web site as standard on the Swift.
