mattress slips and slides

the mattress in my Jayfeather slides all over the wooden base it sits upon...bedspread slips off the end, too. Any suggestions to prevent these things? Thanks!

You could try a few strips of shelf liner or a pad meant to keep rugs from sliding.

We have a 2" egg crate mattress under our mattress, but it still moves around. I am planning to try "Rug Grips" under the mattress.

I will let you know in a few weeks if it works. We are camping this weekend, but I have not purchased the "Rug Grip" product yet.
