Roof rack

I was wondering if anyone has installed a roof rack system on any Jayco TT. I was considering getting a roof rack system and installing it on the rear portion of my 145RB. Since the 145RB does not have a roof mounted AC unit the roof area is pretty flat behind the antenna. I would probably mount just over the bathroom skylight. Was looking for something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Swagman-Bicyc...+roof+rack#Ask

My idea would be to get an enclosed roof cargo box for extra storage and perhaps eventually put a couple stand up paddle boards up there (nothing tall of course). I also had considered putting A roof rack tent system up there so we could have an observation area or extra sleeping. Something like this: https://tepuitents.com

Any idea on if its possible/recommended to put a roof rack up there? Would this cause issues with the roof itself? Would the roof be able to support 150lbs while moving and ~600lbs while parked?
