Squeeking floors in 184BH

I just bought my Swift SLX 184BH last week and have already noticed how the floor in the trailer is very squeeky. Does anyone else with a SLX have this problem and will it go away once I use it for a while?

If not would this be a warranty issue? I dread the thought of getting warranty work done when I went to the USA to buy the trailer. I don't expect to get very good service at my local NS dealer.

I can't say how your squeek will work out, but our 21M had a sqeeking spot the first few times out. The last two times we camped, I didn't notice any squeek. Maybe the mouse died.

My experience is that squeaks come and go on mine, it may have to do with the flexing of the trailer when being towed and/or leveled. The squeaks could be coming from joints in the plywood floor. Not a big concern for me, more an annoyance then anything else.

Hey Bender!

I thought we had squeaky floors in our 154, too, but it turns out it was the leaf springs. Does the squeak go away/lessen if you really crank it up on the stabilizers?

I think it is the floor but I don't notice it as much any more.

Squeaky floor.

It's a trailer, why wouldn't it squeak?
