Mine came with the sewer hose in the bumper, check with your dealer that you bought it from.

I've got this Camco hose. It fits in the back bumper of our 2011 x213

If the "ears" of the hose are getting caught on the bumber opening, you could use a dremel to shave down the ears a bit. I did this with mine and now if fits with no problem.

Good one. You sound like a good Saskatchewan farm boy. One way or another you'll "git 'er done"!!:hihi:

My 2010 x213 doesn't even have a real bumper. Just a flimsy piece of metal. I have a sewer hose compartment with a little door, just in front of the bunk door. I'm assuming you guys don't have that little compartment? They must have changed that from the 2010 model to the new models. I wish I had a real 4x4 bumper, it would have made my bike rack a lot easier to mount!!

Quantum, can you show us a pic of your sewer hose compartment? My 2011 X213 has the bumper. I am interested to see the compartment.

Picture attached of our 2010 EXP 213. Sewer hose door is just under the amber marker light. This is before I added the felt rings over the latch that punched a hole through my bunk door when a gust of wind slammed the door against the side of the trailer.

I used a 6 foot legnth of PVC fence post cover and 2 caps, it's large enought to hold your hose and the elbows and connectors on my 29N. I mounted it on the front frame just in front of the body.

Makes me scratch my head as well. My 2011 X213 sure doesn't have that compartment.

OffTheGround ... if you do a mod please let me know. I never thought about usable space being there but must be. Always looking for more space. So let us know what you do.

Thanks

jmoors- Wont be for a while, but I was always curious about that space. Seem like a good spot for some sort of storage. I am waiting until my unit is out of warranty before I start modifying anything. I imagine Jayco doesn't use that space anymore to try and cut down on weight or something? Just my guess

Well if and when you do take a look let me know. I was thinking of maybe trying to access from lifting the lower bunk up and cutting into the forward wall. But I have to agree might wait for warranty to run out ...
