Any suggestions for an accurate Tire Pressure Guage

How many PSI do you need it to go up to? I have this one, but it's only a 60 PSI gauge which suits my needs perfectly. I'm very happy with it's accuracy.

Picked mine up at the local auto parts store (no idea what brand it is) and it's surprisingly accurate. I inflate the tires using it, and once the TPMS sensors are added they are within a pound or two (generally lower) than what the gauge read. Some of that could be pressure loss when I'm adding the sensors too. I believe the gauge reads to 100 PSI, but it may be higher

I like the Accutire digital models. They seem to be consistent between the 3 I have.

I have one I bought from a Harley Davidson dealership from when I used to ride. Great quality, and has worked flawlesly now for 10 years.

Try Longacre Racing for some first rate gauges. This one is <$40, they make many variants...

Not the same exact gauge, but that's the brand I bought in my link above.
