Multimeter, multi tip screw driver, assortment of wrenches (crescent and box/open), torque wrench (better check your pin box bolts or WD hitch if required), pex crimpers and cutters with spare pex and soft tubing, crimps and valves, a little romex, wire connectors and nuts, crimpers, lights, cordless drill, mallet and hammer, multiple sockets and socket wrench, hammer and mallet, roof repair stuff and the list goes on. Ok, that's more than 5, but we carry it all, including a few spare parts. I even have a spare t-stat. And believe it or not, we've had a use for every bit of it over the years. Hardly any breakdown will shut down a trip.
And a bonus feature, if you're parked next to me or near me, there's a good chance I might have what you need. I've had to do onsite repairs on ours a few times, but more times than that, I've helped other campers out with water leaks and fixes on plumbing, wiring etc.

+1
I actually carry an entire mechanic's tool set that I've added to and modified over the years. I keep this in my pass-thru storage and I've added all the sockets I need to service my hitch. I also keep a small household tool kit (also heavily customized) inside the trailer. The items above are all included in these sets.
Items I'll add for consideration:
Cell Phone with charger
Credit Card/Cash
Duct Tape
Electrical Tape
Assortment of extra screws
Assortment of extra fuses (for truck and trailer)
Torque Wrench (150 lb)
Air Gauge
I could go on and on. It is exceedingly difficult for me to nail down the 5 most important ones. My dad taught me growing up to always have at least a minimal set of tools while traveling, and add to it the specific ones you need for specific items.
You might think it's a lot of weight, but all my tools combined weigh well less than 100 lbs, and on a rig that is pushing 8K, that's not much. Cheap insurance IMO. If I can't fix it with the tools I have on hand, then I need professional help and my credit card.
