Troubles dewinterizing whitehawk 28dsbh

My first time dewinterizing and have filled fresh water tank and attempting to clear the lines of antifreeze seems like the water pump isn't pulling from that fresh water tank. Have let the water pump run for 15 mins and just air comes through with little or no water. Help!!

In the cabinet under the kitchen sink is a shelf. Under that shelf is a panel you can take off by removing 2 screw. Once the panel is off you will see the water pump. Connected to the pump so a hose that has nothing connected to the other end of it. There is a valve on that hose that needs to be closed. Close it and see if the solves your problem.

This hose and valve are what is used to winterize the camper and pump anitfreeze through the pipes.

Don't feel like The Lone Ranger; there are a bunch of us that have gone through exactly the same thing. It seems like this "convenience" feature has caused a pant-load of problems . . . particularly among those of us that didn't have it on our last trailer. Hang in there! Things will get better as you learn the particulars of your new trailer.
