Do you know guys if Jayco are making their wall and bonded floor or if they sub contract them to a third party ?

Good morning, and thank you for contacting Jayco Customer Service.

Jayco contains their own lamination plant. That being said, all vacuum bonded floors and walls are produced here at our own facility.

Yes, and the foam insert is a 3/8 to 1/2" to small between the aluminum studs. So where does that leave the "Craftsmanship"?

Thats in line with the rest of their trailer.... and or in line with this industry
