A couple of pieces of molding is pretty minor (in the broad scheme of things). A lot of folks on this site have had really serious problems with their new trailers. If you think about the issues you've had over the years with your house, it may give you a whole new perspective. Just make a list of all the issues you have with it. I'm sure you'll find your dealer more than willing to fix them all at once under warranty, so you can get back to enjoying the good life.
