Ours came with the TT. It's a bracket that mounts to the wall and you can pull the TV away from the wall and swivel is left and right. A great feature is that it also locks into place while traveling.
I've hung at least 5 0r 6 TV's in my house and for friends and family. Each time I've mounted a TV is takes no more then 2 or 4 bolts to secure the mount to the wall. The number of screws used to secure the mount in our 28DSBH is staggering. I want to say it's like 20, possibly more.
