WTB looking to buy a feather ultra 197 with bunk option

We live in Sonoma County, 1 hour North of San Francisco and want to purchase a 2012-2014 Jayco Jay Feather Ultra 197 with the optional bunk above the front queen bed.
We have a 6 year old and have been living by the motto, "it's never too late to have a happy childhood!"

Also, have you considered the jay flight slx 154bh or 174bh. You may be able to get one new for about $11k.
