X213 fan bracket, ceiling master bed area.

There are two metal brackets located on the ceiling at the entrance to our master bed area on our 2016 x213, I believe they are to be used to hold a fan in place as a 12 V plug in in Close proximity to this area. Does anybody know what type of fan is to be used at this location? Any pictures with one in place would be great to see. Many thanks in advance.

We bought our 213 in 2010 and several weeks later found the fan/light wrapped in plastic and wedged at the back of the floor cabinet under the sink.
