The 25z sits pretty low so I doubt this is practical. The waste pipe has to extend from the bottom edge of the black tank low point to curb side with some positive slope to get things sliding. Unless there is a huge amount of excess slope that you can remove, I doubt this would be possible. Note our X19H has similar clearance, and it is still always higher than the receptacles at any park we've been to. Unless your receptacles are above ground level? I have seen some raised ones.
One thing you could consider is an axle flip to raise the trailer up a bit (generally about 3"). This might solve a few other problems of the low slung trailer. Note that this might be more difficult with a TorFlex, but Dexter does make kits. Check with a decent RV shop for advice.
A couple of other suggestions. Use the shortest waste hose that reaches, and try supporting it with a piece of residential rain gutter to get a very even slope. that will probably work better than the commercial stinky slinky supports that will likely be too high.
And BTW - welcome to JOF! Lots of information here and as many opinions as you can handle!
