2013 165 rd pull out bed cleaner

I bought this camper used it didn't have owners manual, was wondering what to use to clean the canvas like material that covers the fold down bed? And also is there any protector to use to help prevent cracking and weathering ? Don't think I would use armor all like products as it can cause cracking with its alcohol base.. Thanks in advance .
