2015 Pinnacle Step Lights

Hello ... I know this will sound like a "duh" question but here goes ...would someone be good enough to tell us possible switch location for the two round lights on either side of the entry steps? We have tried the switch which says awning and entry step lights but only get an amber light located under the top step and the awning lights and front hitch end LED strips to come on. They do not come on with any of the security light switches either. We've also looked in the under storage area but no luck. We think they do not work or need replacement bulbs ... just hate to start taking things apart given this 5W is brand new and the dealer already replaced some LED strips prior to delivery that didnt work . Saw other posts asking how to put theses lights on a separate switch but no info as to where they are turned on originally. Thanks in advance for assistance.

reading the first post of this thread: http://www.jaycoowners.com/forums/sh...p+light+switch

It was the patio light switch that turned them both on I think.

We have no switch noted as porch lights, do have two switches that are marked entry lights but they only work interior lights over area of entry. But thanks.

I'm getting ready to go to my local dealer on another matter. I'll see if they have one I can look at.

Electrical Diagram shows that they come off Fuse 7.. (living area lights/exterior porch light). I don't have one on site to check out. It is either a burned out bulb, or they were never hooked up properly. You can call your dealer on this as well.

Sorry, best I can see from the diagrams only...

Thank you we will follow up with dealer upon return to home in May will check for burned out bulbs as well in mean time. Just seems strange both would be burned out together or wired in series like old Christmas tree lights. Take care sincerely appreciate suggestions.

I checked with my dealer, they had sold the Pinnacle but said that those step lights, the outside light and the LED strip under the awning were all on the same switch. As John LLRV says you may have bad bulbs or a warranty repair in your future.

Did not say it but will be pulling out the old Philip's head tomorrow a.m. and checking at camping world for any needed replacements. Have a hunch though two burnt out bulbs at one time same location seems strange. But yes I agree with you its always worth the try. Thanks for encouragement.

LOL! This is where pictures come in handy. I am staying tuned to this one!

The one stupid thing I don't like is that the amber step lights are on the same switch as the awning lights. You don't need both, so I seperated them.
