Question Alpha-ply compatible with sealants and Eternabond

Can I get all you smart folks to check in on the topic? I discovered a roof leak recently (front cap) and cleaned/caulked. And now I'm thinking longer term. My initial plan is to apply Eternabond to the seam and dab the leading edge with caulk but I'm concerned about the compatibility of the various products.
Dicor and E'bond both get great reviews but I don't find much regarding their use with the Alpha roofing.
Alpha seems to have their own caulk products but I'm having issues sorting out if other products should not be used.
All your learned opinions are welcome!
