Atwood Auto Level Front Jack Problem

I just went to hook up the Pinnacle for a trip in the morning. When I retracted the front jacks they failed to stop when fully retracted. The front jack lights are flashing green indicating a "Fully Extended" condition. I have manually rolled the jacks down a couple of inches, they retract normally until they reach the top, then continue to "ratchet" and not stop normally. Any help will be appreciated.

I had a similar problem last year, I called Attwood and they had me disconnect the power to the front legs. On my 321 this is located in the pass through storage on the ceiling in the center. I think if you do this you may have to recalibrate you system, I did not. You may want to check with atwood before you try this, they were very helpful.

I guess I will be sitting on the driveway at my dealer in the morning to see what they have to say. I wanted to be much further down the road by that time, but it is what it is. I really don't want to roll them down by hand the whole trip so .....

All is well with the leveling system. We were sitting at our dealer when they opened. The tech unplugged the power to the offending legs and allowed the system to reset. Ran a unhook/level/hookup sequence and all has been good since.

Well except for the ruined tire yesterday, then the 2 blowouts today. Then the 4th one was beginning to separate, it wouldn't have lasted for long. I will NEVÉR again own a set of TowMaxes. Same thing happened with our last trailer. If I ever trade again I'll make the dealer trade my tires for the new ones if they are TowMaxes. Never again. Thank the good Lord for my TPMS it paid for itself several times over the last couple of days.

Now that I've ranted & raved, on with the trip!!!
