Axle Seals for 7K Dexter Axle

Going to inspect brakes and repack bearings when I install a Wet Bolt Kit in a few weeks.

Where is the best place to get the Hub Seals for our 7K Dexter Axles?

Price them out at your local trailer dealer and than compare to a local auto parts shop. Which wet bolt kit are you going with? I was reading up on the Dexter website about doing the same. They have moved away from using a cotter pin I noticed. I can't remember if you can order parts directly from them. Good luck and let us know how it went for you.

Going with the MorRyde Wet Bolt Kit from Tweetys, ordered the Axle Seals from ETrailer.com
The Axle Seals may cost a little more with shipping but we are currently in Texas, after stopping in New Orleans area for a few days we are heading towards Milton, Florida where my niece lives so having everything shipped to her home.
All parts should be there by the time we get there.
Costs a little more but sure makes life easier when living on the road.

make sure if you have the EZ lube axles that you get the right seal. my 5er came from the factory with the wrong seal and there was grease all through the brakes.
