Battery Drain?

We have a 2011 Jayco Eagle Superlite 29.5 RKS fifth wheel. It is currently sitting at an RV park. When we leave to go back home I always turn off the shore power and pull the in-line fuse on the positive terminal of the battery. When we get back and I replace the fuse and turn the shore power back on the LP/CO detector goes off (I believe it's a low battery warning). So what is draining the battery while we are gone? I have noticed that there is an orange wire on the positive side that is not interrupted by a fuse. Anybody know what that goes to?
Thanks
Steve

I'm going out on a limb here, but could that orange wire be connected to your electric brakes - breakaway switch?
I had an older Dutchman that had a separate wire, un-fused, that went directly to the brakes.

I just remove the cables from the battery, guess I could pull the fuse, but dealer told me to just take the cables off either side.

Either remove the cable or install a battery disconnect switch as many of us have done.

That is quite sweet. Power switch ordered. Will make for a nice mod.

Our trailer is sitting on our summer lot and the shore power is always turned on. The batteries stay up and the beer in the frige is always cold.
