Black and gray tank cleaning...

I found this article while surfing the web for the best way to keep my tanks clean. My black tank is stinky when I'm driving and have the windows open. I've done a few things to try and remediate this but it seems to come back.

I'm going to give it a shot.
Whats everyone think?

Going to make some popcorn!

On a few other forums the pro and con discussions on the Geo Method, and the passion of those engaged in those discussions became quite entertaining!

Nothing to lose right? Let us know if it works for you. I just use bio-pak's and flush the toilet an extra long time on an empty tank before anyone gets to drop anything with weight down the toilet. Works for us, but our camper is pretty new still and hasn't seen a large quantity of #2's.

I purchased a container of this from a guy at an RV park who was selling it out of his motorhome about 10 years ago. It completely eliminates odor problems and is all I use anymore. I use about a tablespoon and put it in after I dump with a small amount of water. I found that you don't need to use as much as they say to get good results.
