Black tank flush

For some reason my black tank flush hookup keeps popping out of the wall. Is there something that locks it in like a nut or clip. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mine just threads on like a garden hose connection. Do you mean it is coming out after it's threaded on...or does your not thread connect?

It shouldn't. The housing should be screwed into the siding and caulked. From what you're describing, it probably needs a return to the dealer before the warranty runs out. You might also try positing a photo of it so others can make suggestions if your warranty has already expired.
