Blu ray?

Hi folks,
Are any of the factory entertainment systems (Furrion or Jensen)blu ray dvd?
Or are they all just standard DVD players?

When checking the specs on the Furrion dv1200, it appears to be standard. Or at least there is no mention of the player being blu ray.

Thanks in advance

I don't know if none are Blu Ray, but I would guess that they are not. I just bought a 2016 Eagle, and it has the standard DVD.

That has been the most disappointing thing I found with the RV. There are none available either. I have looked everywhere. My solution was to buy a Roku streaming stick and plug into the TV and access my digital 1080p movies through the Plex App. You can also stream from Netflix or Amazon Prime. The catch is getting reliable cell service. When I have found good service it works flawlessly when I use my phone as a wireless hotspot. I have a grandfathered unlimited data plan from Verizon, so data costs are not a concern. I know this solution won't work for everyone.

We added a Samsung smart Blu-ray player (59.00)... It's downward compatible with all other formats, and gives us full Wi-Fi access to the internet, and streaming movies. We added a Samsung smart TV to the bedroom, and are going to replace the Furrion with a Samsung 32" TV (the sound in the Furrion is terrible, and the USB ports are in the back and very hard to get at). Then, all will be good....

Yes.. Smart blu-Ray players are pretty cheap these days.. Best Buy has several (even some nice small ones) for under $75.. I was hoping that the furrion supported blu-ray, but I guess not.

I bought a used playstation 3 on eBay for around $100. It will play BluRays, as well as play games while we cruise down the road.

Our TV only has one HDMI input, so you may need an HDMI splitter as well if you get a secondary blu ray player.

Do you have the optional Furrion TV that Jayco offers? According to the Furrion specs on their website , the 39" LED TV has 3 HDMI ports.
I hope this is the case.

We have the 23MRB which comes with a significantly smaller TV. Something like 23".
