Question Command Center Loss of Power

A month ago we purchased our first RV. It's a Class C Greyhawk 31FK. Previously we rented RVs for a total of 8 weeks so we are far from experienced. We started setting up the RV last Saturday at a campground near our home, so it hasn't been driven in a week. Today we hit our first problem with a loss of power in the Command Center, the buttons in there no longer light up or work, e.g. our slide-out won't slide now. The lights and everything else still works as far as we know. I hope I'm explaining this right as it's second-hand information from my husband. I've been checking literature all afternoon, while my husband tried to figure out where the circuit breaker panel was, he did and then changed a fuse, to no avail. I hope there's someone here who can point us in the right direction. Thank you.

If the Command Center is the touch button type, you are probably in for a long haul. There was recently a very long thread on the Keystone Forum about those and there have been numerous problems with them. The temporary solution was to turn off main power and essentially do a master reset.

I now have a Keystone Outback, but I try to help when I can.

If your command center is like most it shoud be a platic panel held in by 4 screws, two on each side, or if it's on the side of a cabinet look inside the cabinet for an access panel. I would pull it out/remove the panel and check for a loose/disconnected wire.
