Delamination of exterior panels

I purchased a used 2012 x213 a week ago, and the unit is in perfect condition. I had someone drop by the house today, and they said they owned the identical trailer except for it being a 2010 model, and they mentioned that theirs had major delamination problems of the outer skin.
I've read many posts on this forum, and I have not heard of anyone complaining about this issue, specifically with the X213. Is this something I should be concerned about ? I was under the impression that Jayco trailers had a superior wall panel construction.

I'm pretty sure the bed/doors are notorious for delamanation.

All brand hybrids, not just Jayco.

I'm taking my TT up to Camping World this afternoon for them to take a look at what I believe is delamination. This is the upper driver's side of the front cap on a 2015 X213. It showed up sometime in the last two months while in storage.

Here is a picture of delamination on the front bunk door of our 2015 16XRB. You can see where it is delaminating around the edges, and has the appearance of a bubble. Parts have arrived at our dealer, and, we are scheduled for warranty repairs at the first of July.

I think you are correct... Delamanation

They must try to save $ on glue and not use much to attach to the framing.

Please elaborate. Yes, we see it happening like the OP's post, yet it happens with all vacuformed walls that get water in them, hybrid or not. We had our old hybrid for 10 years and never had any delamination. I don't see any more posts online about hybrid bunk wall issues than I do about delamination in general (see post #3).

I have some delamination on the back wall of our X19H beside the bunk panel. Have yet to find where water may be getting in, but the search continues. I do have a line on a local company that pressure tests the entire RV envelope, so I may go that route to track it down.
Once I find and fix the leak, any suggestions on how to repair the delamination? was thinking I might be able to use a syringe to inject adhesive into the bubbles (there are a couple of small areas), and then apply pressure to flatten things out.

Attention to all Jayco units with a front window, check the caulk, I thought mine was ok, found out it has been leaking, and now have a delamination on the front cap. My unit is a 200 Eagle 322fks. I was careful with the roof seams to treat, always looked at the seal on the front window, looked ok. Our 2004 Eagle fks had a leaking window, was replaced under waranty, I understand Jayco has factory service on this, so will check it out and have it replaced this winter whejn things are slow. Anyone had their front cap replaced? If so how much did it cost?

Thanks
