Door binding up

32BHDS here. First trip out was from Syr NY to Disney. Get set up trailer is level side to side and front to back. I put the stabilizers down and snug them up. Back door and outside kitchen door bound up. With a slight adjustment of jacks I was able to get them to open. There is little or no weight on the door side rear jack. Any input would be appreciated

Snag a pair of those aluminum spin-up jack stands, and put them in the middle area to help with the flex??? How much did you turn the stab jacks after they made ground contact? Had a similar problem with a previous 33' TT years ago.

At first just enough to take the wobble out. Then i had to back off completely. I had a Dutchmen 29' prior to this and never had a issue like this.

I wonder if the doors are binding at the latch, or around the frame, somewhere. New TT, still under warranty?

Around the frame. Yes still under warranty. Picked it up a week before we came south. Definitely going to have the dealer look at it bit didn't know if anyone had the same issues. My brother in law and sister have the same floor plan but the eagle model. They have had no issues like this

Hope every thing goes well, and enjoy the trip! Let us know how things turn out, and maybe what they did to fix it.

We use to have that problem on our hybrid when I put the stabilizers down manually. We bought an inexpensive Black and Decker drill that has a clutch setting to raise and lower the jacks. I adjust the clutch to just snug the jacks and they all have the same tension, no more binding doors.

I have a 2014 32BHDS and I have never had this problem. We did have a few problems with the latches right after I bought the trailer - it was really hard to open the doors. After adjusting the striker we really haven't had any issues in the few years we have owned it.

I find our bathroom door to be sensitive to what I believe is a twist in the frame. Resting on the wheels and hitch it opens easily. Sometimes when sitting on the landing gear and rear stab's the latch won't completely release and the door needs a "tug" to open it. I suspect when the 4 corners are not level and I put the LG and stab's down it will induce a slight twist in the frame. I have this problem at some CG's and not at others.
