How much effort for manual crank

This year the electric tongue jack motor on my 5yr old X19H stopped working but the light still works. I changed battery fuse, also reset all breakers in trailer, opened up and cleaned jack toggle switches and even had it hooked up to my truck with engine running but nothing worked.

I tried the manual crank in the top in both directions with full muscle power but it would not budge.
I disconnected the jack from tongue and battery and tipped it upside down and a sizeable amount of rusty water poured out. So I am thinking the whole motor is fried or seized.

In any case, I guess my two questions are:
1. How much effort should it take to turn the manual crank, or is there some gear lock switch to enable it?
2. Assuming my motor is seized, I’d like to buy a new jack, so can someone recommend a decent one, capable of 4000-5000 lbs lift. That is likely overkill compared to cheap one that came with it, but since it is also lifting the back of my tundra pickup to set the sway bars, I want something that won’t strain as much.

I would need something available in Canada. Thanks

Found same thing, light worked but jack did not, just cleaned the contacts in on the inline fuse connection and problem solved.
