Furrion DV1200 Radio Reception

I have a 2016 Jayco North Point 341RLTS with the Furrion DV1200 on the Roadside slideout. The Antennae is on the slideout and does not go over the roof line. We have some pretty strong stations near by, but they do not come in good enough to listen to. Lots of static.

Anybody else have this issue, and what can we do to correct this?

I have a '16 37RS and my complaint is the same, It's made worse because my site is down in a valley. I had a powered FM antenna for my home system and that worked well but not quite sure if it will work with the Jensen system. I was hoping to find an outdoor system that would use the same antenna wire and run up to the roof instead of the side of the slide. I'll et you know if I figure it out...

I had a similar problem with mine. Turned out, it was a defective unit. May want to have dealer check since it's under warranty. They replaced mine and now I pick up more stations than ever.
