Cool find. I found it on Amazon.ca for $100 + $10 shipping. I also found it straight from China much closer to your price with free shipping. Slight markup on Amazon.ca!
I might hook this up to the solar panel side to monitor input voltages.

Installed it last week and checked every 12VDC item in the rig and made a chart for them. Figured out the single 12V battery I have will only last the night with very judicious use. Sheesh, even the propane/CO det uses over an amp. Have only .4A parasitic draw that I didn't bother to chase down.

Current draw chart has been attached. Be aware that your numbers may vary as I've changed out some of the lights to LED. Namely the counter and outside lights.
The two numbers on the water pump are unloaded (tank is currently empty) and the numbers off the pump specs. I didn't bother to fill the water tank and measure the current draw under load.

Looks like DROK has a smaller AMPS version listed on AMAZON. Looks like the exact BAYLITE model... Price is almost the same. Bet they both come from the same Chinese source...
I've been looking for my 70A current meter replacement which is not made anymore so I too will be getting a couple of these for my battery banks...
Have you actually tried to use this in REVERSE when charging your batteries. My other model does this but it is a DONUT sample verses a DC SHUNT.
I would really like to see how many amps my batteries are demanding when being charged as well. After i get past the initial charge mode I can switch to SOLAR PANEL to finish my re-charge cycle.
The only difference I see on my older display is when it reads the current going in the other direction it has a MINUS symbol on it...

Didn't try hooking up opposite polarity to get charging current.
Another thing of interest that I noted about the shunt is that it had two cuts sawn into the shunt itself. I'm assuming this was done to calibrate the shunt.
A second vote for Amazon and Lowes.

I think Mustang mentioned to see charging status you only need to reverse the wires from the shunt to the meter. Also mentioned that you could add a switch to be able to go back and forth. That was said earlier in this thread.

I didn't bother swapping the wires or putting in the switch because I was only interested in current draw. I only did a temporary connection as I'm not going to be using it permanently. I only hooked it up to get the numbers and then took it out.

Now I am wondering if any harm will come to the digital meter if it measuring DC current in the reverse direction.
This will be hooked up between the battery neg terminals and ground. I will be using a four position BLUE SEA terminal block to parallel all of the batteries negative terminal.
My PD9260D converter/charger will be doing charging mode automatically so I may not be able to switch the meter polarity in time to catch this...
Might be a problem for my hookup...
This is my present hookup using the DONUT type current monitor on the POSITIVE side..
This is what the diagram will like using the DC SHUNT on the ground side of the batteries...
Both directions of DC current will occur here automatically depending what the PD9260D is doing...
Might be a game changer for me - cheap enough to try it out however...

Thanks Don - that's what I was thinking about... I can live with that -just flip the switch if i want to know how much DC Current the batteries want to see when charging...
Now another question - whn you had the MH connected to shore power did this meter read the 13.6VDC at the battery coming from the converter/charger unit. Then maybe drops down to the actual battery voltage when you disconnected the shore power cable...
Thats another DC VOLTAGE I like to keep tabs on when camping off the power grid as I do not want to let my battery bank ever get below 12.0VDC which represents a 50% charge state of the batteries.

In your case I would recommend purchasing a second digital meter and wire it in the reverse of the original meter. This will allow you to monitor the current in either direction. It will not harm the meter if the current is going in the reverse direction. No switches to worry about. When I tested it on DW's old cart, it was set up for monitoring the battery discharge, which it did perfectly, and turned on the battery charger it just showed changes in the voltage.
There is also a voltage alarm setting on the display. I have not tested it yet. I do have the reversing DPDT switch (my switch wiring diagram in an earlier post) working on the meter.

Mustang definitely has a better idea. The meters are so cheap that a second one would work great. The meters should have enough impedance so a second one would not affect the readings. You'd just have to reset the meters from time to time.
Yes, the meter read 13.6VDC when hooked to shore power. No current was indicated. Unhook shore power and the meter dropped down to about 12.6VDC (after a brief resting period) and showed the current draw. Like Mustang said, no harm in reverse current flow, just no indication.

Its looking better all the time - has a settable DC Volts Alarm too. Great. I will set mine to 12.0VDC
This is my current Battery Monitor Panel being two DC Voltmeters and one DC Current meter. No alarms when the DC Volts goes below a certain number. I think my Power Inverter alarms at 10.9VDC...
I need to get my AMAZON order going here before all you guys buy them out haha...

Maybe i am missing something here.
I was not able to find the BAYITE PZEM-051 model meter listed at AMAZON. They do show the PZEM-061 model but it has a different voltage range...
I did find a PZEM-051 from ALIEXPRESS from China but would rather stay with AMAZON...
What is the exact BAYITE model meter we are talking about here...

Thanks klassic... Found it on the AMAZON page now...
Will get my order in for a couple of them... Got two projects this season to upgrade my OFF-ROAD Battery setup one in the OFF-ROAD POPUP Trailer and the other in the Bed of my truck.
I'm not all that liking for the SHUNT types but I am never going to find one of those DONUT typs anywhere cheap like the one I have like now... The DONUT type you just run the BATTERY CABLE thru the hole and it is all connected up... No hot wires running anywhere..
thanks again - didn't want to order the wrong one and the description does not list the model number - didn't think about looking on the pictures...

If you have 2 projects why not wire the meters into a power plug and you can switch them between the 2 projects. You only need one shunt for each project and you can plug the meters into which project you want to monitor.
