IRV tv hookup question

I have a 2015 x23b that didn't come with tv. My question is do you have to remove irv to hook tv up to the back of unit?
We were able to use tv for cable by plugging in to front connect but DVD would not play.

Yes, you will need to run a cable from the IRV headunit to the input on your TV. It will be a standard Audio/Video cable just like you would use on your home TV.

It's just four Philips head screws. You won't even break a sweat doing it.
