I have the same "T" type low point drains on my 2012 Eagle 320. Both of mine were dripping under pressure. To make them stop, I just turned them while in the normal down position and they stopped leaking. I think the rubber O rings weren't seated properly. When I got home, I removed the drain shaft out of the holder by taking off the wire hold down clip and pulling straight up. Then I removed one of the "O" rings and took it down to my local hardware store where he matched them up. Bought 4 for 50 cents for backups if needed. If it is difficult to remove or pull up the stem, once you get it out, lubricate it with something like Vaseline. Hope this helps, Terry
