low point drain valves
When we got set up for a weekend camping trip I heard water running and found a broken pex line going to the bathroom sink. After a trip to Menards I now own an assortment of pex fittings some pex tubing & a pex clamping tool. While under there I noticed the cold water low point drain is seeping. I have spent a couple hours trying to find these on the internet to no avail. Does anyone have a good source for this little slide valves? I would rather install the same kind of valves than re engineering the setup. The trailer is a 2004 308FBS Jayco Eagle

This is the pull open push off drain valve that has a "T" handle? Is the valve on the bottom of the fresh water tank, or in a water line?
Could it be that there is some dirt or grit in the valve that is keeping it from closing? Maybe repetitively open and close the valve in an attempt to wash out the dirt.

I know you want to replace it with like for like but that is usually a tight spot. Many just go underneath where it hangs down and either crimp a new valve on or push a shark bite valve on the tubing. Then the one on top can be left open unless it is leaking.
Any rv dealer should have these in his parts dept, I would suspect.

It is the t style and slides up and down. It is easy to get to from the top. I tried flushing it out & the orings look great but it seeps & causes the pump to run every minute or so. It doesn't leak inside, it is just letting water run out the tube.

I don't know where the valve you need is on the internet, it sure is hiding. Seems like most dealers would have one, as norty1 suggested. This valve might work for you.

That looks like a much better quality valve than the OE stuff. Seems like I remember reading about being able to pull a ring and get into the push/pull T valve and lubing it with plumbers silicone. Just another thought.

Just an update, I ordered pex parts from Directpex.com on August 26th & I received them today (Aug. 30th) by UPS. They gave me fast shipping & the parts are great quality. Thanks again RVhiker for the recommendation!
