New Roller Shades

Just got the new 2015 Pinnacle 31RETS. This has the new roller shades in it. One of the shades will not roll all the way up. Anyone know hot to adjust then tension on the rollers to get it to roll all way up ?

you pull it down to where it has enough tension to work properly. Then take it off the mounts and roll it up by hand. When you put it back on it will still be in the same place for tension. I just replaced mine and I learned that from the instructions. Once done it seems kinda obvious.

How do you get it off the mounts? Do you have to take the valance down? The instructions for my roller shades did not come with the camper for some reason?

I don't know how yours come off, but usually there is a side that has a flat spindle that goes in a groove. The other side is round. You lift the flat side out first. That is the way all the roll up blinds that I've seen work.
