No 12v in 14-bungalow 40BHS

No 12v power in my 2014 jayco 40BHS bungalow. I have full 120 power but nothing 12v. No radio, no lights, no LP detector. Only lights working are ceiling fans which are 120. I have 12v readings right through the trailer but nothing at my battery.

Bad ground?

I'm not to familiar with park models but I suspect they have the same electrical system as a RV. I would start by physically getting familiar with where the converter, batteries and fuses are located.

Find and check the chassis ground connections and all connections on the battery and converter.

I'm lucky service at my dealership is amazing. I sell jaycos for a living I was just hoping to avoid them having to drive out 2 hours and trying to trouble shoot it myself. All the fuses everything is good. It's well grounded at the front. I'm just stumped

Have you pulled the circuit breaker/fuse panel (removed it) the converter is usually behind it. Some converters have fuses in them as well.

We replaced the converter last week it worked kinda for less than a day then went dead again. Power source at my panel is bang on.

That's why in my mind has to be a bad ground. Big job to drop the under belly
