No output from generator

I have a 2011 Grayhawk 31FS. When I'm hooked up to shore power, all is well. When I run the generator, there is no power to any of the outlets or the air conditioner or the refrigerator. This happened before when we made a trip to Yellowstone, but when I adjusted the altitude control on the generator, it was solved. This trip to Portland, nothing I did made any difference. If anyone remembers a thread on this problem please let me know.
Thank

Check the breaker switches on the generator, or there may be a problem with the transfer switch.

Ditto..... Both would be suspect. I have had 4 transfer switches in 16 months of ownership fail and have the breakers trip 2 times

Is this problem part of some recall?

Ditto......Jayco just makes interior wood products and laminated fiberglass sidewalls and roof trusses. Frames, Windows, doors, leveling systems, slide mechanisms and now Furion appliances are by Lippert components. Flooring and carpet is by others, electrical components is by vendors and wait. Jayco is just a assembler of other vendor components. Keep in mind that Jayco specifies things that should not be included in a product. It specifies certain vendor products for cost benefits to Jayco not the customer.
My F/W is a true example of this.....
