Norcold door storage

My fridge has a wire retainer for the lowest part of the door. Because there is no lip, everything just slides out from under when opening the door. And none of the moveable shelves will attach that low. What has everyone done to remedy the problem?

It looks like a shelve is missing. There are many places to buy Norcold replacement parts and the correct part can be identified by using the model number and searching for the service/parts manual (which are free).

Yup, there should be 3 shelves in there. You could always buy a set of those refrigerator bars that keep things from moving around inside the fridge while driving. I love those things and you could use one of them to keep stuff from falling out?

Thanks all - I played some more with the existing sheleves, and found out how it was supposed to work. You're right - missing a shelf. Hmmm...a year out of warranty, and who knows where the 3rd one went - Jayco, dealer, or ??? I had assumed it was just dumb design.
Guess it's time to go shopping!
