Norcold fridge fan

I purchased a Jayco 361 REQS and the dealer didn' know if the fridge has a cooling fan on the outside to help cool it in the hot weather. My other one did and I had to replace it 3 times with in a year and 3 months. I haven't got to look at it yet as the weathe has not been good. Thanks

My trailer has the fridge in the slide out. It has the two vent covers on the outside wall and at 90 degrees the exterior fan comes on. I can actually look up from the bottom vent and see the fan. It may be in only the ones where the fridges are in the slide but don't know for sure.

My Norcold is on a slide as well. It does not have an external fan and it works perfectly. Maybe the configuration of the external vents determine if a fan will help or is required? No issues here with no fan.
