Progressive EMS ground fault with inverter

I must be missing something.....I have a hard wired EMS in my TT and just now am trying to run my Champion Inverter for the first time. Getting ground fault errors. Do I need to ground this?

Thanks

You may need a generator plug to tie the generator neutral and ground together I believe.... scroll down a little more than half way on the link above.

You might have to bypass the ems. Some generators do not supply clean power so it might put the ems in fault.

Here is a link to the same issue you have and how to make your own ground plug due to the "ground fault" errors.
I made two of them and they work just fine allowing my trailer to power up off the generators with the Progressive EMS installed.
