As with the earlier models after they hit camping world and other outlets, the price will drop... again a waiting game.

We got one of the RM units w/7" screens when they came out a while back, for an upgrade to our TomTom. Got it for a good price as a special or something. Not quite as up to date as the one listed, but still has a ton of those features, being able to input rig specifics, track fuel and expenses, plan trips and routes and all kinds of stuff. In reality, I put it to bed in storage after less than a year. Just got tired of it. The features are neat, but we just didn't see the need for it. Between truck's GPS and iPhone, I really don't need anything else. With most GPS's, you had better know at least 50% of your route, or it'll get you in a bind. Guess I consider them, just another gadget to play with.
