Refrigerator Light

I have a 2014 White Hawk 28 DSBH, the problem I am having is when I turn on the power to the Camper the Refrigerator light goes on, and then out and will not come back on until I repeat this process. I have had service out twice and still no luck. Any suggestions would be great, its getting frustrating looking for a beer in the dark LOL. Thanks in advance.

Check the door switch. It may be stuck in the 'on' position and a safety-timer is turning the light off until the switch is cycled.


Similar to the battery saver is most cars built since 2000.


It would be really peculiar to spend the energy to get all the heat the bulb generates out of the fridge.

My fridge light goes out after about 30 seconds - a battery saver strategy. I'm sure. If I close the door and reopen it, the light comes back on. HAve youtried closing then opening the door to see if the light comes back on?

When I first hook up at the CG, my light comes on then goes off. Happens at initial hookup.
