Shower Door Bottom Seal

Does anyone have trouble with the seal on the bottom of your shower door? If so, what did you do to solve the problem? We went to our Jayco Dealer and they promised the part in two or three days and it has been two weeks. When we call them again they said they would look into it and call back. Have not received a call from the dealer. We have to put a towel on the door to soak up the water because the seal has come loose. Does anyone know how to contact Jayco direct to purchase a seal?

Go to Home depot or lowes and you can pick up the adhesive type shower door wipes for under $10. I went through 3 from Jayco and they kept coming apart. Put on one from Home Depot and it has been there for three years now.

Thank you so much for the information. Did you go directly to the store to purchase the item? Here we cannot find a Lowes or Home Depot that carries it. Had to order on line. Still better than Jayco. Do you live in Michigan?
