Slide out roof cover separating from rubber.

We had several warranty items to do while our trailer is in storage for the winter. The most serious one was that the top membrane on the roof of our slide out was puffing out and separating from the rubber. Has anyone ever had this happen

I have some small bubbles in mine, but nothing really big - a few pancake size, but mostly silver dollar. I have thought about taking a syringe and sucking out the air, but honestly I don't see that it is really causing any problems as long as it is sealed and the edges are tight.

Here is a thread on recent problems reported with slide roof seams. Does your problem resemble those in this thread?
